Through the 2023 First destination survey conducted by the University of Redlands Office of Career and Professional Development, reported that Redlands undergraduates have reported securing positions with over 101 different employers. Notably, 89% of these employers hired a single undergraduate, with 4% hiring 2 undergraduates, and the remaining 7% hiring three or more. The majority of employed undergraduates (80%) found work in California, while others secured positions across 23 states and 5 countries.
